‘Ask greedy Sarkodie if he’s given GH¢1 to Castro’s mom’ – Ayisha Modi

Ayisha Modi has tagged Sarkodie as a greedy person in a new interview on Peace Fm’s Entertainment Review.
Ayisha who was in the studios of Peace Fm today, November 28 disclosed that Sarkodie has not given a penny to the mother of Castro after all the money he made on his song ‘Adonai’ in which he featured the late Castro.
Ayisha Modi continued to add that, Sarkodie has never checked on the family of Castro to see how they are doing after all the sacrifices the late Castro made when he was alive to help him shoot the music video for Adonai.
“We were in London when Castro left to go and shoot Adonai music video. When he was going, I asked him why he was going under the stress just to shoot a music video because if it were to be them, they won’t do it. Adonai is for Castro and Sarkodie before he went missing, so I am asking today on this radio today, that has Sarkodie ever given Castro’s percentage of the money made on the song before?” she asked.
Ayisha added, “Ask Sarkodie that after Castro went missing, has he removed just GHS500 to go and gift Castro’s mother before? I am asking Sarkodie. This is an issue that has been on my heart for long but today I want to ask.”
Asked how she was able to know that, Sarkodie never gave any money to the family of Castro, Aisha responded by saying that, she’s very close to the family and that, they tell her everything so if he had given them anything, she would have been told.
“I am very close to the family and I can tell you with authority that he has done no such thing before. The woman said he has never visited her before. He has not even called her before. All the musicians in Ghana, none of them have visited Castro’s family before to show their love after he went missing.
“Sarkodie should have boldly than that. Even the money he made from the music video on Youtube, he has never given Castro’s percentage to his family before. Sarkodie is just too greedy”, she concluded.
Ayisha also revealed that Castro personally sponsored the Adonai music video with 2,000 Pounds and that was what they (he and Sarkodie) used to fly to South Africa before shooting the music video.

D-Black’s night club disconnected by ECG for power theft – ghanapublisher.com

Oasis Pool and Shisha Lounge in Accra has been cut off from the national grid for power theft.
The night club, which is said to be owned by popular hiplife musician D-Black, is located at Cantonments behind the police headquarters in Accra.
Operators were caught red handed by the National Taskforce of the Electricity Company of Ghana for bypassing the meter to use electricity.
The Taskforce visited the premises of the lounge, where it uncovered the illegality, which is alleged to have taken place for a long time.
The ECG has since served notice to the managers of the facility to report at their office for further interrogation.
A number of public and private institutions have been caught over the past five weeks ever since the power distributor declared war on debtors and illegal connections.
When Citi News visited the facility, it was observed that the lounge depends heavily on power to sustain its operations.
They use sound systems, refrigerators, and other electrical gadgets.
